Are you not able to log in and do you keep receiving notifications that your password or login name are incorrect? There are multiple reasons why you cannot log in any more.
You are using the wrong e-mail address or password
If you have made an account with the wrong email address, you can simply use the wrong email address to log in and go to “profile settings” ⇾ “edit profile settings” ⇾ and change your email address to the correct one.

You have requested a new password, but you are still unable to log in
If you have requested a new password but are still unable to log in, your account might be disabled or deleted. If you have questions about this topic, contact our support team. They can help you reactivate your account.
If your problem does not lay with any of the above said reasons, there might be a possibility that your account has been disabled because of fraud. If your account has been disabled because of fraud, you are never able to log in to that account any more.
