We get that you’d rather get a positive one, but this gives you an opportunity to better your documents and resolve the issue. When you respond to a positive or negative review, it shows potential new buyers that you are still involved and that you try to sell the best documents as possible.
To respond to a review, click on your profile picture ⇾ reviews ⇾ Click on the arrow on the right of the review ⇾ respond to the review.
Participation and interaction shows that you are involved in the selling process.
