What if my documents are rejected, and how long will it take?
Your documents will be reviewed within 10 business days, although the process is usually completed much sooner. If your documents are rejected, you will receive an email explaining the issues and instructions for re-uploading the corrected documents. Once re-uploaded, Tipalti will review them again.
