What should I do when I can not find my purchased documents in my account?

It takes up to 10 minutes for your document to be visible in your download folder. If the document is still not visible after 10 minutes, please check if the payment went through. If you are sure the payment has been authorized and the document is still not visible, contact us via the support team.
